Live security risk, one record

The new standard in physical security.

AIR is the system of record for physical security. From site surveys and risk assessments to security design, every stage runs on one live record that moves when the threat landscape changes. Built on the methodology your experts already use.

  • The full security lifecycle
  • Real-time insights
  • Defensible decisions

What AIR delivers

From site walk to signed-off record
  1. Faster site to report

Survey findings, assets and risks go straight into the assessment. Nothing is re-typed.

  2. Consistent scoring

One methodology applied the same way across every site, assessor and country.

  3. Live risk posture

Threat data is scanned continuously and assessments are refreshed daily.

  4. Defensible decisions

Every rating has its evidence, and every published version is locked.

Digitise the methodology. Keep the expert.

Your method.

AIR runs the methodology your team already uses, built on recognised international standards. Scales, labels, formulas and scoring criteria are configured to your organisation.

Your decision.

AIR suggests. Professionals decide. Every AI rating and every AI-drafted paragraph can be edited or overridden.

One standard.

The same method applied across every site, assessor, consultant and country.

The platform

One live record across the security lifecycle.

Every stage writes to the same record. Nothing is re-keyed. Nothing is lost between teams.

01Asset Criticality Manager

Rate every asset before you assess it.

  • Assets rated by criticality to operations for the building type and location
  • Physical and people assets in one register
  • Criticality scale configured to your methodology
  • Every asset linked to the threats, vulnerabilities and risks that touch it
  • Updated as the floor plan or building use changes, so the baseline never goes stale
02Digital Survey Tool

See the site as it really operates.

A security survey is the on-the-ground test of a site. It checks the physical environment, the infrastructure and the way security is actually run, against the threats specific to that location. AIR puts the whole survey on a tablet or phone, pinned to the floor plan, so nothing is lost between the site walk and the report.

What a survey covers

Physical environment

Perimeter, approaches, entrances, lighting, sightlines, glazing and the spaces that need protecting.

Infrastructure and systems

Access control, video surveillance, intruder detection, locks, barriers and the control room, checked as installed, not as drawn.

Operational practice

Guarding, visitor management, deliveries and key control, as they actually happen on site, not as the procedure says.

How it works
  1. Survey against the project's floor plans, uploaded once and reused across AIR
  2. Structured questions for every outer and inner security element, from perimeter to secure rooms, with your own questions added
  3. Surveys assigned to named surveyors and run in parallel across a site
  4. Photos, notes and voice notes pinned to the exact location on the plan
  5. Every concern rated by severity, with a proposed mitigation
  6. Findings held in the same record as the site's assets and risk assessment, not in a separate report
03Security Risk Assessment

A risk assessment that stays true.

  • Threat register generated from external data sources and anonymised historical assessments
  • Threats rated on intent and capability, every rating open to override
  • Vulnerabilities pinned to the floor plan and linked to the assets they expose
  • Vulnerability formula configured to your methodology, from two variables to four
  • Risk rated per asset and per threat, not as one blanket score
  • Threat and vulnerability reports drafted by AI, edited and approved by your team
  • Published versions locked, so the record of what was assessed and when is fixed

Live Threat Intelligence

Know when the threat landscape changes. The day it changes.

Risk assessments can be out of date the day they are issued. AIR scans threat data continuously and refreshes every assessment daily.

  • Threat landscape monitored for every site
  • Notifications the moment the picture shifts for a site you own or advise on
  • Your team decides what changes in the risk rating. AIR never moves a rating on its own.
